I'd say pretty true to size, similar to Athleta. Maybe a tiny bit less compressive than Lululemon's Nulu fabric, if that helps.

For me they fit pretty similar to Lululemon's Aligns, maybe go with your usual size. I'm usually an 8 in Lulu and an M in Lole.
